dock10 Gets Stuck Into Cucumber, Banana and Tofu
dock10 is providing full post production services across Cucumber, Banana and Tofu, three innovatively interlinked shows for Channel 4, E4 and online. Written by award-winning writer Russell T Davies, Cucumber and Banana are two original television drama series while Tofu is an online documentary about sexuality.
The directors wanted the shows to have a visually lush, inviting world to complement the central characters and felt it was important that all three shows had the same kind of look and feel. dock10 applied a range of VFX techniques to achieve this, especially altering the colour and contrast to brighten and darken shots according to the mood.
